You’re not alone
It’s very common to have an untold abortion or pregnancy loss experience that is difficult to put into words. Often this experience is shelved for many years, with the intense feelings and even trauma attached to the story too painful to deal with.
Exploring the possible effects of an abortion or pregnancy loss can help you to understand and release some of the emotional difficulties that may have been suppressed over a period of time.
Get support from the comfort and security of your own home
Many of the women we meet have found our one-to-one sessions and support group invaluable. For some, however, this face-to-face approach isn’t appealing.
That’s why we developed our online and telephone counselling service; giving you access to support from the comfort and security of your own home.
Choices provide a safe and confidential place to share your story and explore any related emotions.
