Get support from the comfort and security of your own home
Many of the people we meet have found our one-to-one sessions and support group invaluable. For some, however, this face-to-face approach isn’t appealing.
That’s why we developed our online and telephone counselling service, giving you access to support from the comfort and security of your own home.
Youth Counselling
As a great time of growth and self-discovery, for some young people navigating their teenage years can also be difficult, and many benefit from having someone to talk to.
Our online counselling service is available to young people, and our counselors can provide support for a broad range of issues. The service is particularly suited to those struggling with grief or bereavement, but is not restricted to this.
Support for unplanned pregnancy and bereavement/loss
It’s very common to have an untold abortion or pregnancy loss experience that is difficult to put into words. Often this experience is shelved for many years, with the intense feelings and even trauma attached to the story too painful to deal with.
Exploring the possible effects of an abortion or pregnancy loss can help you to understand and release some of the emotional difficulties that may have been suppressed over a period of time.
Getting support
Choices provide a safe and confidential place to share your story and explore any related emotions.
